Bad service

Hi there, this really is not a huge complaint just more of a worry, we have been to steers several times and the service is quite shocking - before the employees were so friendly and always recognized you but now they have changed employees - of late they are loud, and obnoxious. I have been there and they just leave the prepared food on the rack because they are so busy talking to each other. Last night in particular I had to repeat my order 3 times because while I was telling the lady behind the counter she started talking to a "friend" in such a loud manner that nobody could hear anything. Just a heads up - because you don't want to loose your customer service in a small town. I'm very laid back and understand it is a fast food restaurant, but it makes a huge difference if you are greeted with friendliness.
