I placed an order online through MR delivery for Rosebank. Then i get this email to say my nr is wrong i need to call them to confirm delivery.
So i call the number and the phone gets picked up and dropped in my ear without speaking to me. I call again and eventually get put through to the correct person who confirms my phone number, which by the way was correct. Claims he called me 7 times, yet my phone (with fully charged battery and full strenght signal), never rang or showed any missed calls. I told him this and he argues with me and implies i'm lying. Then he proceeds to tell me the supplier is out of salami i have to choose something else. This after i've already order half an hour before.
Not acceptable and will not make use of MR Delivery again.
