Watering Down of Soy Sauce

My boyfrind and I eat quite a bit of sushi, we have it at different restaurants at least twice a week. We go to CTFM Canal Walk every week for thier sushi special.
We slowly started to notice a gradual decline in the quality of sushi served and also the soy sauce.
About a month ago we went there and the soy sauce had absolutely NO flavour and was very light in color! The wasabi also had very little flavor.
We then decided to give this restaurant a bit of a break and rather go to other places. This week we decided to go back after about a month of not going and sat down - to the exact same problem!! My soy sauce was like water! I asked a waiter to bring me a new bottle of soy sauce, with the seal on, which she did. I compared the new soy to the original one I was given, and they were completely different!
Its so sad when restaurants become greedy and try to cut corners and take short cuts just to make extra money. You compromise the quality of your food!
I will never go back to this restaurant. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
