Poor attitude and unethical practice

I went to Wilrogate KFC again hoping for the best. Once again I found they are cheating the SLA system by stopping the cars outside the sensor zone. Today I decided to proceed to stop at the window and not before it and immediately got poor attitude. I asked again why I should stop before getting to the window and he just said it works better. Previously another person actually told me "because the boss gets upset if the light isn't always green". Then after our discussion he kept on screaming towards the back to get extra "garnish" on the zinger. I can just imagine what that means.

This is poor practice by such a company.

As an aside, they also didn't have toys with the chicky meals.
