15 MINUTES IN DRIVETHRU

We arrived at KFC drivethru at 12:30 and after waiting 15 minutes in the queue, I parked off and went in to place an order over the counter. I find it unacceptable that we loyal patrons should have to encounter delays of this nature and the fact that there is no management representative to explain the reason for such delays or to try and neutralise the problem in some way or the other (assist with manual orders going car to car or just chatting with the patrons to ease the agony).

I asked for the Manager who just sat behind his desk and I had to vent my frustration to a Senior Supervisor "Simon", who said there was a problem with the Card machine. I am aware of previous problems with card machines but in this case no one was moving to make card transactions. If orders were delayed it was a delay in the kitchen at "LUNCH TIME"

I expect the Manager to make a proper inquest and get back to me and other loyal patrons as to why and how he could believe we will just accept such a don't care attitude from this branch. I suggets the owners consider this comment as well and also seriously improve the ongoing card machine problem.

Improve or we will go to Nandos or Jolly Grubers!!
