Panarottis Pizza Pasta
Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism

Tonight we went for supper at Panarotti's Cape Gate. Everything was okay, (service could have been better). After our pizza came the waiter just disappeared and we were left alone. We were sitting right in the entrance where all the waiters and the manager stands to greet the customers and you pay your bill. While we were waiting for our waiter to finally show up and put our pizza in take away, the manager was just standing there chatting to a off duty waiter about her Saturday night shift, 2 guy waiters were having a conversation all you could hear were the nice swear words they were using. The manager could have easily asked one of the waiters to check on our table or could have done it himself. (Manager's name is Johann) We were in plain sight and they were not busy. Finally the waiter came and we got up to pay with a card, so the manager had to do the card transaction, he did not enquiry if we were satisfied with the food or service and he did not seem friendly at all. We missed the usual friendly managers that work the Thursday night shifts. We will not be returning anytime soon.
