Poor seiche

I wish someone can help KFC Malvern in Qburgh with their service. They are just not interested in their customers. I walked in to order four Choc Brownie ice creams. It was quite. I walked p to the counter and had to wait to be acknowledged as she was busy folding boxes. Not interested in the customer waiting at all. In actual fact I was bothering her! After ordering - we waited 15 min for he to o to the back and bring our order. Not apologizing for any delay, or making any eye contact etc. Why is tho place still in business? It is really not a pleasure going there. Management and staff need to catch a "wake-up call". And to top it off... The brownies were old!
