Chicken Livers rotten with a very bad smell, taste

I placed an order for the staff at Mochachos main street in johannesburg, to my suprise their chicken livers were not up to standard, the livers were rotten with no taste, they smelled really bad and i could not even bring them to my mouth. i was really dissappointed. The smell was just unbearable. I then called mochachos and i was so dissappointed as i was taken from pillar to post. they were not even sure who i should talk to, the lady that came on the phone was so rude telling me she is trying to help me. i was really annoyed as i had to explain my story to all the different people that came on the phone. Their services are really really bad... I am really dissappointed.
