Angelo's
Bad food and even worse service

On Sunday, 4 August, my boyfriend and I took my mom out for dinner at Angelo's, after she had arrived from East London. We were greatly disappointed when we all ordered their famous pastas and the taste was bland. We've had their pasta before, and they have never been this bad. The restaurant wasn't busy and so a busy kitchen cant be blamed. Yesterday, 6 August, my boyfriend and i went for coffee with a friend there. after being seated and having ordered drinks, we weren't approached by another waiter until we had to stop one to ask for our bill - which we still waited 10 more minutes for and didn't receive. After going to the tills to get our bill, we stated that we weren't given a tip due to the bad service we'd been given. We also mentioned the food quality we received on Sunday. We repeated the two complaints to see if the waiter's response was the same, and it was. All he said was "Oh, okay.". With both my boyfriend and i being students, we spend our money wisely and like to get the quality and service we're paying for. As mentioned before, we were greatly disappointed with both the service and quality we received as paying customers.
