Debonaires promises discount but does not delive

Good day,
i ordered pizzas online on the 4th of Aug 2013 at 16:15 (i paid with my credit card). the order was received by Norwood branch at 16:21. I expected the pizza at 17:01. I waited 1 hour for the pizza then called debonaires norwood. the gentleman apologised and said the pizza will be delivered in 15 minutes. 20 minutes passed and i called again and asked to speak to a manager. i was directed to Lerato. i explained the situation and said i wish to cancel the order. she begged me to reconsider, the pizza was initially late because the driver was in an accident, and said she will give me a 50%discount. the pizzas arrived 20 min later (5 minutes later than she had promised), the delivery man gave me a different story to say that there was an internet connection issue... (someone was lying). i called Lerato and asked how the discount will take place, she explained that she needs to wait for the transaction to run (as payment was done through credit card) and will phone me on Monday. It is now wednesday and Lerato has not called... I was accommodating but i hate people lying to me.
