General disgust of quality of service

On the 2nd of august 2013. i walked in to debonairs george,

i ordered a sub on the shift change, 1st of all the cashier did not repeat the order, or ask for extra cheese.
little later, the drivers all walked in and stood around the front till after they had been clocked in, so they went on delivery without the regulatory uniform of driver shirt and yellow safety bib.
There was also a delivery that address could not be found, so when address was found it went out but the box looked like it had gone through the washing machine
As an x debo knight myself i was highly disgusted
