Wrong Orde

Hi Peter
On the 25th July i ordered food from Scooters Pizza 1and a half hours later they deliver cold food subs instead of pizones burned hard flat scooto's and plain melted butter as sauce I complaint immediatly they contact me from headoffice and then Rudolph from The Junction branch called to replace my order on the 27th July they never deliver i immediatly send an email they contact me again even the regional manager Henk to apologizeand to get the branch manager to fone me. The lady who took my order foned me on the 2nd August promise me the replacement on the 3rd ones again no delivery she foned me at 19.50 to tell me they were to busy to make my order hahaha... i complaint again theyfoned me on the 4th and promise to deliver as they did at 18.00 and guess what they forgot the scooto's (mainproblem) 1 and a half hour my scooto's arrived much better but still plain butter sauce. Bad service Scooters Pizza and what happened to my big surprise and im sure it will happen again I have pictures...
