Scooters Pizza
Delivered after 1hrs of placing orde

Hi This evening I ordered Pizza from Scooters - Bosmont Branch at 18:52.By 19:52 it was still not delivered. Upon phoning to enquire what happened I was told "I can see the order was placed at 18:52 mmmm driver left already mm... he'll be there in 2 min time" I raised an objection in that why so long and got told "he'll be there" very sarcastically. I said that this is unacceptable because its not the first bad encounter I had with Scooters. The previous order was delivered to another address that they only knew about and only received my order 1and half hr after placing it. The lady politely told me there is nothing she can do and what do I expect. I then said I will lay a formal complaint. Her words were "do as you please" Not once did she apologise for the lame... service nor her attitude. The pizza eventually got delivered and paid for. BUT the best is half of the pizza was RAW - uncooked in the middle. I took pictures of it so if I can up load it somewhere I will gladly send it to u Sooomuch for a pizza evening
