Worse service I've ever come across

Got there to order a takeaways and my drinks i shoved in my hand before my food order was out i explained that its a takeaway would prefer go get my food and drinks at once was told i have to hold my drinks by hand. Then i am provided with my food in small packets that are impossible to carry when i asked the so called manager for a bigger pack was told with attitude that they do not give out packets or sell them to their clients. I ve never experienced such service in my life.
