Poor Attitude and service

I went to KFC today to make a purchase, by human error i gave the incorrect amount of KFC wings i needed to order and quickly corrected my mistake. The teller then told me i need to take my order and there is nothing she can do because that is what i told her i wanted! I then asked if she cannot reverse the order, she then told me i cannot, then spoke to her friend next to her, who smiled at me, i could not understand what she had said as she spoke in a language i did not understand! She later says to me "oh now you need to wait for the manager" who she made no effort to call... I am very disappointed as i work in a n industry were customer service is important and the service i received at KFC was pathetic.
