I just wanted to let you know that had a early dinner at your venue on this Saturday, spoiling my wife on a night out. I possibly had the worst steak in your venue ever. I let the waiter know it was full of sinew. the only response was ill let the chef know.

This is not the quality I'm used to at your establishment,

Disappointing.
