Awful experience at M&B Canal walk

6 of us went for Sunday lunch at M&B. Started out well with them able to accommodate us immediately in a very busy time. Went downhill after that:
1) Made it clear that one of us was in a hurry. His Croissant only came after 35 minutes, he had to take it in take away.
2) Waitress disappeared after drinks order (he ad no service for 30 minutes)
3) Manager came to apologise after 45 minutes explaining that they still busy with classic Benedict. We asked her to bring the other food.
4) Two Toasted chickens almost not toasted, with a small ball of shredded chicken in the middle of dry bread, another waiter agreed to bring us new sandwiches (which looked 100 times better when they finally arrived another 35 minutes later)
5) The burger and classic Benedict arrived an hour after first ordered. The chips was ice cold, the hash brown was cold and chewy and the muffin must have been from last weeks stock.(we didnt want to complain again!)
6) We had to ask 5 times for a glass of water from 3 different waiters.
7) Complained with another manager who agreed and offered us one free coffee and one piece of carrot cake.

This is just unacceptable for one of out favourite lunch spots!!
