Debonairs Pizza
Extremely disgusting service

On the 26 July I placed an order telephonically to debonairs Durbanville for collection and time was 9pm. When Iarrived at the store I stood at the counter for assistance and there was at least 4 people behind the counterand I was ignored until the supervisor came to the front shouting at a stuff member for a failed deliveryof another customer. I think she noted my facial expression and commanded that I be helped. Eventually I got to package for for the pizza. The lady asked me to sit and wait and I sat for 20min still waiting untilIstood up and enquired. I was told it was not ready as request was never submited to the kitchen. I contained my anger and requested refund.

I got home and called the store for customer services email address and 1st person said he doesn't know, and put fone aside and 2nd person named Zanele picked up and shouted to others and after a while on the line she promised to call me shortly with info and Im still waiting.

Customer services at that store is very bad coz the staff were arguing and insulting each other.
