Brazen Head
Shocking Management

We went to Brazen Head in Lynnwood Road last night and had the worst experience ever, waiting by the bar to order a drink, we started getting harassed by some of the other patrons. Their drunk wife came to talk to us, and the on the way back to her people fell over, next thing we know my friend gets beaten by one of the guys there, Hans Ferreira and his friend Piet de Villiers. We reported this to management, but they just asked us to leave, while calming the other patrons, whom they knew. The assistant manager, Collins Ndlovo, was extremely hostile towards us. I asked the manger on duty, George Ross, repeatedly for Collins' number, but every time he just walked away. We returned to our table and tried to forget this nasty experience and eventually left. As we walked into the parking lot, the manager followed us, together with one of the waiters, threatening to beat us, we just left. This is extremely unprofessional and disgusting, it created such a bad atmosphere that our whole table of almost 20 people, a birthday party, and all of their friends and family will never go to a Brazen Head again, it was the worst display of "management" I have ever experienced anywhere in my life.
