KFC
Tasteless Service!!!

My friend and I went to the Kfc on President street in central Jhb. We placed our orders after waiting for 20minutes in the line and were told that our food will take a further 15minutes. 25 minutes later, we still had no food and neither did the manager even attempt to reassure us on our order, eventually our food came up from an elevator on a tray that was on the floor of the elevator. I dont even want to startbon the whole hygeine issue. Nobody even apologised for our long wait. I will never again go to this kfc because of the pathetic service. Also, our burgers were cold and the krushers were definitely not up to standards as they were prepared 30minutes before we were served. I would like to know what you people are going to do about the service and quality of food that kfc provides.
