Waiting 2hours for a 5min delivery

We as a company are very disappointed in KFC delivery service. We ordered our food at 11:30 and only received the food at 13:30. To me this is unacceptable and no one phoned me to explain why the delay only after i phoned to ask they started asking around to figure out where the driver is.
