Late, messed up order, overpriced and rude

Does anyone vet their employees anymore? Surely an organisation like Mr Delivery is able to hire decent, hard working staff? in my youth, when they were starting out, I worked for them, so how have they destoryed a service that was rated as the best in town just 15 years ago?

The Delivery was late! When I called, they put the phone down on me twice, when I got through, I was given a nonsense excuse from someone with a minimal handle on the english language. They blamed the restuarant... surely if you know the order is going to be late, you can inform the customer? I mean for the premium you guys are charging... you cant afford a courtesy call?

The driver literally just shrugged his shoulders at me when he got here, typical of the that Mr Delivery has decided to employ. Hey guys here is an idea, with all the unemployment, surely you can find people far more deserving of a job than the plebs you have now. These people dont deserve a weekly wage, because they are not working for it, the job they are doing is below par. But you know what, its not my job to manage your franchises, you should be doing it yourself! Thats the last R500.00 you get from me... spend it wisely
