It is with a great pleasure to sent you an E-mail regarding exceptional service that I have received.
I would like to log complimentary services that I have received in one of your Branch on the 15th of this months, the branch is situated in Kempton park, Monument street and the name of a guy is Karabo. His customer service is in a high level which will bring your company to the next level, is always on Smile, attending the complains like a manager & secondly he attended my complain in a high profile, on the 16th when I walk in to monitor his service, it more than I was expecting.
The guy is friendly, smiling, active, clean & respectful, wow it gives me impression of visiting debonair due to his service of handling customers. I wish He could handle the Customer Complain department.
I'm really highly impressed and my next step is to take this matter to the media so that the whole world could read and know the important of visiting Debonair and the service that will be offered to them. Let the guy (Karabo) shine. You (Debonair) must be grateful to have him as an asset or product of your company. May his colleagues take an example from him.
