Horrible service at Albany Road KFC

I went to KFC today to order a breakfast meal and, when I arrived, I found that the person at the first window was sleeping.

This seems to be the norm as every time I go there, the person at the first window is asleep. The person then takes my full order and proceeds to tell me that the card machine is not working when I take my card out to pay.

The last time I went to that specific KFC, I was told to wait 2 minutes for the strip in the AM mini twista. I ended up waiting more than 28 minutes which was highly frustrating.
