Cold food and rude service

I considered my boyfriend and I to be regulars of Primmi. We go to the restaurant often but also order from the Primmi Xpress service at least once every three weeks, continuously for the past 2 years. I have never felt the need to complain until today. We ordered our usual pasta from the Xpress service. After 40mins, we called just to ensure that the lady had taken note that our buzzer was giving problems, and also to check on the progress of the food as my boyfriend had to get to work. We were assured that the food would arrive in a few short minutes. After an hour, we called to enquire once again, and were told that no one knew were the driver was. The food arrived 20mins following the call - in total 1hour 20mins to deliver one pasta. The food was ice cold, and the driver was rude and unapologetic. I am very disappointed and will highly reconsider my choice to order from your establishment in the future.
