KFC
Poor service

I went to my local KFC and the general service was up to standard but this is the last time i got back for items that do not get put in the bags and the "forgotten" costing me petrol to go get my food again! The phone is busy the whole time and i cannot reach then to complain and ask that my food gets delivered.

Please sort this out, i am tired of negligent performance.
