Staff don't care at Nandos Bedford Village

I have ordered food for delivery several times from Nandos at Bedfordview in the Village shopping centre, and although there have been times that the service and quality has been outstanding, both for delivery and in store, there have been more times that I have been very upset with the quality of food that has arrived. I have complained before and had food replaced, but it's come to a point where I think the owner and management need to be made aware that staff either require training on how to plate/package the food, or that the work needs to be offered to people that really need employment and will take pride in their work. The burger that was delivered to me two days ago, looked like it had been thrown into the box. And this is not the first time... The tomato was overripe and soggy, the lettuce was limp and seemed old, and it was such a mess in the box, it was almost completely unappetizing. Often with delivery, items are forgotten, such as Perinaise etc and general quality is lacking. Please improve staff training, or staff in general.
