Just to confirm my previous complaint has been removed already however i would just like to give some feedback. I received a call from the manager at Spur Strand and he heard my grievances. A few weeks later we went back to Spur and the experience was 1000 times better and different then what it was before. Staff was much friendlier, the place itself was much cleaner and the food wasnt cold. The manager had clearly made some changes. Just a note to say thank you for the service and for the clear indication that you do value customer opinion and would go the extra mile for your customers to improve service. Wish more places would have managers like you. We will definitely be going back to Spur Strand again and hope the staff keeps the new standards that we noticed. Well Done
