Smokers must sit outside

I'm complaining about the smoking area, actually there is no smoking area - we have to sit outside in the cold although when Dros occupied the premises they had a big smoking area inside. How can we enjoy ourselves when we have to sit outside in the bitter winter cold? The waiters told us that they did speak to the manager about this but to no avail.
