No Stock & extra charges

Last night we went to KFC Wilrogate.
When we placed the order (fully loaded meals) the lady at the counter said that the coldrink that comes with the meal is extra. We told her that it is suppose to be included in the meal, she said the she is going to charge us R12.50 extra for it. Since when do you pay extra for a coldrink if it is suppose to come with the meal included?! Besides that they didn't even have mash for the famous bowl, how can you run a business like that? This is very unprofessional!
