Mellins I Style
Refused to give us service

We are costumers at Mellins I Style for all your lives. We are also in the business of providing a medical service to customers. We know, that when a costumer needs something, you help them. My mom went to Mellins I Style to pick up my brothers contact lenses. They had an appointment and missed it due to personal reasons. My mom phoned Mellins I Style- Virginia, and the receptionist said that my brother has to come in to get his lenses, because it is practise for the optometrist to give a first timers contacts to then personally. We understand that and my mom said that my Dad, sister and myself, have worn contacts for all your lives, and we can show him how to put it in. She said no, because he is a first timer. We understand that. ( My mom drove to Mellins I Style- Virginia herself to try to make an arraignment) My dad phoned, and the optometrist refused to help him. My brother is going back to university on Sunday. She said that she can only help him on Monday. REALLY!!! WHAT IS 10 MINUTES EXTRA to help a client. She made a comment that was very rude. "Ek is professioneel, JY is mos ook professioneel". How rude. We phoned the Welkom branch and they helped us immediately. :)
