Terrible Service

I just bought food at KFC in Capricorn Park Muizenberg and had the most appalling service. After waiting in the drive-thru for over a half an hour I got to the windows to collect my food, and the guy at the windows was was very rude and got my order wrong twice, he started arguing and shouting at me about my order. He had a bad attitude and was very rude to me. I then asked for his name and he didn't want to give it. He kept shouting "why do you want my name." I then tried calling the branch continuously when I got home, to speak to a manager, but there was no answer.
