NO STOCK ----- NO STAFF

On Thursday 17 January 2013 I thought I would spoil my son with KFC and a Crusher when we got to KFC in Brackenfell drive through I was stuck in the queue for more than 30 min as they didn't have enough staff to make the food and serve customers.

How can you not have enough staff working, as if it wasn't bad enough that I was stuck in a queue that I couldn't get out of when I could finally place my order I was told that they DON"T have any ice-cream for the Oreo Crusher.

How can you NOT have ice-cream in the summer?

I've had it with the bad service that I've constantly received from KFC and all they want to do every time is quiet you will to R30 voucher. That isn't going to help anymore.

I will keep posting on all social media websites until I'm satisfied with the response.
