Late night orders

My boyfriend and i stopped at KFC in Ballito, after being in an accident and not having time to cook we decided that it would be the best option. Our order was taken and after it was put thru i requested 2 buddy bottle cokes. The lady taking the order said we should just tell the person at the next window. We were charged for it. We were told to go and park and they will bring our order. We parked and my boyfriend decided he wants something else so he quickly went inside. We got home only to find that they did not give us the coke. We also found the gravy weak and tasteless. Please can this issue be addressed as a matter of urgency as KFC is benefiting and we the customers are loosing out.
