BLACK DOT - DRY PIZZA - LATE DELIVERY

Firstly - your brand ambassadors on Facebook need their heads checked (or chopped).
I posted to your FB wall on Monday 17 June regarding my absolute disgust with your service. It is Saturday and I have received no response since.
I called 0861DPIZZA and left a message with my name and number on Monday 17 June. Still no call back.

My pizza was ordered at 12h05 and it was delivered at 13h50
Margherita was good looking and moist.
The double cram crust meaty pizza was dry. Worse still, the delivery guy takes the box out his bag and the dot was red for a few seconds... as soon as I opened the box to investigate the pizza i found the dot turned black!
Had the manager on the phone while this was going on and he was ridiculous enough to suggest I send the pizza back so he can make and deliver another one. Really? I wasn't risking another 2 hour wait.

This is the 4th time I ordered from this branch.
3 times prior was via the online ordering system - pizza would be delivered within 30 mins!
This time ordered via telephone (online system down), and it took near 2 hours.

I'd like a response, perhaps a call so we can discuss this.
