BAD FOOD AND WORSE SERVICE!!!

I have never had such a bad experience as at the Spur Grove Mall Pretoria. The food is old and when a complaint is made with Jasmin the manager she basically tells you that it is your imagination and that there is nothing wrong with the food. She is RUDE and unhelpful and the chips are OLD!!! I work in the mall and I will be sure to tell every person NOT to go to the Spur in this mall. What a joke!!! She offered to give me new chips but assured me that it would taste the same... what is the use then. So I paid almost R 70 just for a burger... RIPP OFF!!!
