KFC
Shocking service!

I bought a StreetWise 2 and had to swipe for it. Bianca told me to go and stand "over there". I gathered over there is where the machine for swiping was. I stood there, thinking she would assist me. She just stood at her till. After about 2mins I called her and asked what was I waiting for, as the other cashiers were assisting customers. She hesitantly took my bad and swiped for my food with a disgusted look on her face, and she basically gave me my food without even looking at me.

I was not surprised with this service as its always like this at this particular KFC. Something needs to be done. The service is shocking. I spoke to my colleagues about this, they weren't surprised either. Why should I bother even spending my lunch hour to have such service??

I'm not impressed!
