Got no chicken with my kids meal order!

On 25 May 2013 we bought KFC in Potch, on arrival at our home we found they neglected to put the drumstick in my 5 year old's order. I phoned KFC helpline and reported it, we live on a small holding outside town, so after locking up it is not just jumping in the car and fetching the new piece 30 minutes later. The helpful well trained lady said they will sort this out and send us a letter.
Well, the letter arrived, with a sorry something, no coupon to get back what I paid for and did not receive, no sorry we spoilt your evening and made your little girl cry because we are to stupid to remember a drumstick in a kids box.
KFC, they a drumbstick's money from me without a thought! Pathetic!

Good-buy KFC, you will not see me again! P7/13/767

PS: the manager nor the area manager phoned me as you promised, but they do not need to any more.
