Pizza Perfect
Call to her mother is more important!

On 17 Jan, we placde an order with Pizza Perfect Wonderboom South. Two large pizzas with a few extras. When we got to the shop to collect our order, Bianca, the lady at the front desk, was on the phone, yelling at someone, who she then later adressed as her mother. My husband eventually had to interupt her to ask her if our order was ready, as she had yet to even acknowledge our presence. When she diverted her attention to us, she did not disconnect the phone call, but rather screamed to the kitchen staff if the order was ready and proceeded with her conversation. The pizzas were ready and when they handed them over to us, she simply handed us the bill and held out her hand for payment, while still continuing her phone call. We gave her our card, and she attempted to put through the payment on the machine. When the card machine did not connect, she told her mom she would phone her back, as the card machine could not connect while she was on the line. The payment went through, and as the slip was printing, she immediately phoned her mother back. When we got home, we realized that the extra sauce we paid for was not even on the pizza. Poor service, and it's not the first time. Fed up
