KFC
Not giving change

I have on more than one occasion experienced that this KFC does not give all the change that is due to the customer, when queried they say they don't have change. Should that be the customers problem? If they do not have the correct change you should give the next highest amount!!! I understand it is only a few cents for me but if you add up everyone you are scamming out a few cents it adds up to a lot each month, besides it is the principle of the matter. I hope this can be corrected otherwise it will be the 2nd KFC that I avoid at all costs!
