WOW!! Beyond all expectations!!!

My family and myself arrived at the Midrand branch on Saturday around 13h30 with no reservations! The place was absolutely packed!! To our surprise we were not shown away or told to wait!!! We were greeted with great smiles from all managers and were told that "they will make a plan to fit us in". We hardly waited five minutes and we were seated! What a pleasure!!!

Our waiter Cullin was friendly and very attentitive. The manager, Kosie, was very eager to assist to any of our needs! I slight hic-up with one of my mains were promptly sorted out by him!

The cherry on the cake was the beautiful birthday cake my son received - totally unexpected brought in by Kosie and the staff singing happy birthday!

Well done Papachinos!!! Other restaurants cab most certainly take lessons from you!!! We WILL be back
