I'm resurrecting a previous unfulfilled challenge to KFC management.

I have complained three previous times about the consistently poor service levels at KFC Kloof. The last time I refused to engage with the company contracted by KFC to handle such matters and challenged them to have a regional manager of Fast Foods contact me - to date this has never been done.

Although KFC Kloof is less than 6kms from my home, I travel twice that distance to another branch where the service is in complete contrast to that of the Kloof branch. This evening I reluctantly visited Kloof after an extended period of absence and was horrified to see that after three years of complaints the service levels are still so poor. In the short time I was in the store one customer walked out whilst another lost his temper with the staff.

To Fast Foods - I do not want to deal with your 3rd party complaints company, I want to deal with YOU! Will you have the to contact me this time or hide behind the skirt of your PR company?

My next course of action will be to see how social media might highlight the inability of Fast Foods to engage with customers!
