Kfc didn't deliver after 2hours

I placed an order with the kfc call centre at 11:15 am today. At 12:15 my order still hasn't arrived so I now phone the kfc point road branch who are responsible for the delivery and the lady asks me what I ordered and tells me the driver has already left with my order. At 12:50 my order still hasn't arrived so I phone the point road branch and speak to nelly who tells me that my order was already delivered n the driver came back with the money long ago. I tell her that how is that possible when I never received the order and am waiting for it from 11:15. She says that she will phone the call centre and phone me back. Its now 2hours later n I have no delivery. The call centre isn't answering their number and nelly hasn't bothered phoning me back either. This is disgusting lack of service. Who has received my order and paid for it when its 15 rands just for delivery???
