Franchise Manage with Bad attitude

Ryan De Vos the owner of Steers called me after returning food that day, as i received hair inside the burger, i drunk half of cold drink and ate half of the chips. he asked what happened to them as the driver didn't bring it along, as i was explaining he told me he was only trying to establish only that. got so irritated as to why exactly he was calling as i thought he was calling in regards to the complain i had. he didn't't apologies, he was so rude and told me i can go to any social networks it wont close doors for him. WOW never heard so much arrogance. so disgusted by this owner. for all the years i supported Steers NEVER again. so that Franchise manager is rude i don't want him contacting me again.
