Complaints ignored but requests to rate service!

I ordered a Staycold salad bowl and a Bluetooth Samsung Note keyboard in early December. Eventually the keyboard arrived, it turned out to be a generic that could be bought off the shelf for the same price, it looked used (packaging had been opened), it did not fit my Note, and the description had been blocked out on the box with a koki pen.

The Salad bowl has still not arrived to date, and Groupon has ignored all my emails, requesting how to go about returning the keyboard for a refund, and the whereabouts of the salad bowl. However, I DO get emails asking me to rate their service on the queries submitted! Needless to say, they ignore my feedback to these requests!

I am a regular customer of Groupon, but this is really leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I am not too sure where else to turn.
