Taking advantage of the customer

I bought a triple large chicken pizza and to my surprise there was no chicken in the first 3 slices i opened in the shop and had little sauce and was not a triple. I showed Palesa who was working on the till that the pizza had no chicken but told me to take it. What happened to customer service. I refused and she became angry took it to the kitchen which is in the open. she told the guy that this customer is talking too much and refuses to take the pizza. the guy who was preparing my pizza threw a cup on the floor in front of the customers and said "that's the cup i use to measure the filling and if the pizza is empty its not my problem" i found the behavior repulsive, disgusting and unhygienic. I wonder if its debonairness's tendencies to throw things they use to cook food on the floor and what happens when we are not looking. Is this how debonair save on their costs by customers on food. She brought it back after scrutinizing it and said " take your pizza" i asked for my money back and will report this incidence but she showed no remorse nor concern. Most customers left the shop after my bad experience. i might have to post it on Facebook and twitter just to be heard.
