Waiter assaults clients in cattle baron dine

Waiter assaulted my father in law after we asked why our food was taking so long since everybody around us who ordered after us received their food already and we were waiting in excess of 40 min. My father in law had to be rushed to hospital for stitches and to top it all it was a birthday dinner and happened in front of my 4 year old daughter who is traumatized to see blood pouring from her grandfather's forehead at the table. When confronting the waiter he tried to attack us with a stick he collected from the kitchen. I am utterly disgusted in the behaviour of the staff at this well known diner and will take this case further. Last thought, if they can assault clients openly, wht happens to the food in the kitchen?
