Change in burger quality - shocking product

My family and I have eaten out at the Cattle Baron in Durbanville for many years and have always had decent service and good quality food, it keeps us going back. But at our most recent visit in January I was thoroughly disappointed with the food and service we got.

Firstly our waiter was quite clueless when it came to organization and taking orders, we had to wait for more than 15 minutes to receive our drinks (a coke, water and beer on tap) while the place was not full. When placing our order the waiter was rude towards us responding curtly to our queries about why he was so disorganised and looked rattled!

The burgers we ordered, which I have ordered previously on several occasions, were an extreme disappointment. The buns were toasted but still felt and tasted stale and the patty was a total disaster! Firstly it was much smaller and thinner than the previous time that I ordered one, the meat itself was extremely dry and tasteless. Any flavour I did taste was poor quality. There is an obvious change in supplier and for the price you pay to eat there the meal is no longer worth it so i suggest that no one go to this Cattle Baron and order a burger. NOT WORTH IT.
