KFC Kempton Park (Monument)

Saturday night we went to KFC and ordered the Family meal that costs R109.90 (at exactly 18:40pm) and when we got to the collection window (we had used the drive through) and was served by a lady called Benzie, we were given an incorrect order and when we tried to explain what we had ordered exactly the lady was extremely impatient and just shaved us with a speed-point machine and ordered us to pay and go and park our car in the parking area until our correct order was ready, We did not want to create a seen so we did just that, because I knew there better channels of rooting out such behavior. I feel that Benzie (the name as stated on her tag), was very rude and has tendencies that can put off any customer from using this specific KFC, her tone, and lack of apologizing for the incorrect order her body language, it was really disgusting.
