On Saturday night we decided to go to cats pyjamas to have a few drinks and a relaxing evening. This was all going to plan until one of their regular customers decided to have a seat next to us. after a few moments he then began to insult the table beside him where people we then becoming upset, not only that he was also pulling on the waiters and waitresses. After seeing this i then went down stairs to call the bouncer and explained that i suggest he should be spoken to or removed. 15 minutes later he then only came upstairs to speak to him. After he spoke to him the customer then became even more rowdy. his friend then "somehow" fell off his seat and landing on our table spilling all our drinks and breaking our Hookah. after this we became upset and decided to leave. we were forced to pay for our bill including the drinks that were spilt by his friends. the manger then approached us and said "oh I'm sorry for what happened he is a regular and the bouncer will naturally speak to him first before anything" he didn't even offer to remove the drinks that were spilt and replace our broken hookah. if they had responded accordingly this would have been avoided yet they don't care!!!
